Ugh...damn plateau...
I know I shouldn't be bitching with how quickly I dropped almost 22 pounds...but I'm gonna anyways...
I've weighed 275.8 for 3 days now, while sticking to the 600-800 calorie diet and doing 40 minutes of exercise...
C'moooooon..I wanna lose 80 pounds in 15 minutes, damn it!!!! *LOL*
OK, I'll quit my whining now...
I may eat a salad with vinegarette dressing tomorrow...veggies and dressing only...Since they didn't have time last weekend, Dallas and Jamie asked me if I wanted to go to dinner for Dallas' birthday tomorrow...and we're going to the Detroit Beer Company...The shakes and soup are good...but sometimes I just need to EAT SOMETHING...The nutritionist has said that celery is acceptable, and I've done that some...but I love salad and it's not too many calories...so if I'm gonna cheat, I'd rather have a salad than have a burger :D
