終於降到年節前的進度^^

昨晚試著出去走一小時,
感覺腳傷恢復良好,
今天再試看看..

好棒 我過年沒胖反而年後清冰箱胖了🤣🤣🤣

開工後連4天只吃到基代,才降一半。然後連續幾天吃滿卡,又遇到吃壞肚子,竟然就降到年前的數字,身體的機制真是想不透..

我光靠減量飲食好像沒用耶…要配合運動才行,還有消化要順暢~😏

tomoko..妳的想法和我的經驗一樣, 這次減重策略是先飲食控制, 碰上停滯期時再加入運動(剛好腳傷也痊癒),另外體重起伏確實和排出關係很大,尤其是最近才發現的食物含鈉量。
