So, I did it! I lost eight pounds in February. That was my goal starting out! Since I have a week or so to go in the month, I’ll push that goal to 10. (Well, 10.4, just to make my goal weight a round number!) Three of those eight lost pounds came off on Day 1, and it’s been super gradual ever since, so I think an extra two-ish pounds is a good stretch goal. Can’t believe I’m saying all this, after having spent the last couple years firmly in the mid- to upper-180s. Feels good! Intermittent fasting FTW!
