I had a rough couple of weeks - someone very close to me passed away, my grandpa was in the hospital for a few days, insurance on my new car wasn't going through properly because the new insurance company was looking at an old report and have been experience serious difficulties in sleeping each night... So, I was having trouble recording everything I ate and exercising as much as I should have been, but things are getting better now and I seem to be back on track.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
