Walnut Keeper's Journal, 20 Feb 21

I ate 2-300 calories more than usual yesterday and didn’t record it, so I walked an extra half hour on the treadmill last night to make up for it. My injured foot is upset, but the scale is happy. 🎉
139.7 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 69.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Way to tough it out. Hope that foot feels better and it gets some rest.

Thank you! I injured my foot about a year ago, so I expect another year of healing. I injured the left foot the same way, and it took two years to heal. (Achilles tendon.) It will heal, though. ☺️
