I weigh in in the morning...so the days when I eat shittily (yes, I said shittily), it doesn't show up 'til the next day...In this case, it's not surprising that 7 hours after I ate Taco Bell and drank beer, I gained 0.6 pounds :(
...but I got back on track on Saturday...Instead of playing Wii Fit, like I had been my whole diet, I got motivated and jumped on the treadmill...My goal was to do 15-20 minutes in the morning, and then the same in the afternoon...but when I got on in the morning, I just stayed on for the full 40 minutes...The surprised me!!!...
With the calorie-restriction diet, I can't do too much more then 40 minutes exercise a day...It's to maintain as much muscle mass as I can during the rapid weight loss period...but not so much to add new muscle...
