I did well on Monday...Not on purpose, but I skipped a shake again on Monday :( I need to not do that either...'cause I'm already on such a calorie restricted diet, but I just wasn't hungry...and I was busy...
Tuesday, I went to the nutritionist for my first visit after starting the diet...She was pleased with my progress, though she did warn me about the alcohol and the reuben...and told me not to do that anymore, obviously...but I lost over 12 pounds in the first week of the diet :)
