開工日,大家早安!

出遊爽吃數日後肥來一量多了2.6公斤^^"
摧眠自己...應該是虛胖,
要想法子回到年前的進度,
大家一齊努力囉!

哈哈,我吃一大堆零食啦!肯得雞..記得一桶應該是5塊雞,但給了我6塊雞,有賺到的感覺^^,5塊被我吃了,超爽!

吃外食比較容易水腫,多喝水排出就ok啦~😄
