Today was my first day back to work after my vacation. Busy as could be but that helped keep my mind off my weight. I know I should not be bummed having only gained 2 lbs but it is hard. I worry about when the weight is all off will I be able to maintain if I can not now. Oh well I have no choice but to keep on watching what I eat and hopefully lose the weight I need to.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
