My fat weekend caught up with me on the scales. I am not very happy about this but it is my own fault. I was really good yesterday and even went to the gym and walked for an hour. Today I will do the same. I will lose this weight!
83.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
