today I have learnt the consequenses of my hand to mouth actions. :( Although I have run or swam every day,I have not been watching what goes in my mouth.Must try harder 11st 1.8 155.8 lb.On the bright side,Fat percentage has gone down.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
