Maxing out my daily calories. Still skipping breakfast some days, but keeping to 45% carbs, 35% protein and 20% fats. Currently taking in 2000kcal daily.
106.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
