It's monday morning and time for another weigh-in. I'm satisfied with the results although the weight loss is not as rapid as in phase 1. But I think that is normal.

I think you're right.... Phase II seemms to not drop the weight as fast. You could always do longer exercise sessions or add another program during a different part of the day.

Phase II, I found that the weight came off slower, but you have to remember that you're also adding some different foods into Phase II.

It is normal, you're eating richer items and your body is adjusting accordingly. Don't worry about the slower weight loss. As long as you're loosing or hold steady at your goal, you're doing great

Also remember that Phase 1 included a lot of water weight loss, which you gain back as you add more sodium into your diet. Keep up the good work though.
