Busted my calories this weekend. Munchies on Saturday full of processed food. Sunday I over ate as well but at least the quality of the food was better. I suspect I'll be back under 200lbs by tomorrow.

My motivation is dipping pretty hard. I miss climbing. I miss jiu jitsu. I miss biking. Fuck winter.

More meal prep today.

Hey, little changes here and there works a bit at a time. It later turns into bigger changes if you keep working at it.

Thanks for the encouragement folks :) It says my start weight was 212 but that's from about a decade ago. I actually started at 230 in October but small changes make all the difference in the world. We just need to stick to our habits. I've been using bullet journals for it and it's awesome.
