Today I Ran/ walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and I tried a wall sit, didn't go so well so I am going to work on that. mostly focusing on my legs and being able to be on my feet, also took a 30 minute walk in the beautiful snow. I waited till dinner to eat so I could eat big, had a burger Sweet potato and salad. 🙂 🥗🚶♀️🏃♀️🍠🍔😋
