Braai and drinks today for the currie cup final.. I've eaten well and healthy this week while also training 5 days so far.. today i shall indulge and not be over critical on myself!
98.3 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
