Well - I did it. 31 lbs down and under 200 lbs. 15 more to go. No denying that I need to do resistance training to not look skinny fat now.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
