Was expecting to put on, it's been my daughters birthday so Wednesday night I ate a whole pizza, and yesterday I had a scone, doughnut and cupcake, oops! It's not much of a loss, but after all of that it's better than a gain!
73.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
