I had planned on weighing myself once a week but couldn't wait! I was fairly happy with my result. 4 Days and 2.5 lbs isnt't bad, but I'm guessing it's water weight right now. I have been running and eating WAY better, so I will stay the course and hopefully the scale will reflect that! Have a great day!
