I behaved so well this week, living beneath calorie count most days, and slightly slipping over (less than 100 calories) on a couple of days. I felt better, felt thinner, then... this. :( Then Facebook memories reminded me I was FORTY KILOS lighter than this 5 years ago... Ouch. but I guess Facebook reminded me what happens when you give up on yourself, so I'll count that a blessing and keep going. Fingers crossed the scales will catch up next week.
