Hi guys! I am finally motivated but most of this is due to volleyball starting next week? I know they just told us and I'm so excited. school also starts hybrid which is really fun and exciting. although I kind of don't really feel that motivated to lose weight, I need to or else I'm literally going to die during conditioning. I'll keep you updated on all the workouts I've been doing and have volleyball goes.

My daughter always lost weight during volleyball season, and now that she’s in college, she works out several times per week to avoid gaining the “Freshman 15”. One thing that is currently helping me is eating six small protein-rich meals a day and drinking a ton of water. Best of luck!
