I've followed my diet very well this week along with exercise. I just weighed in and I'm overjoyed to announce that I have melted away TEN pounds since last Friday. I'm pushing for another 5 pound mini goal for next Friday. :) FEELING VERY HAPPY TODAY!!! This is my lowest weight since I've joined this website.
