I have been missing from this forum for an extensive period of time. However, I have never forgotten my goals and during this time, I have been working real hard...well kinda. I am happy to report my loss of 10 pounds. It may not seem much to others but it means a lot to me and I am proud! I am 10 pounds closer to my goal. :)
