體重瘋了?
星期四要去聯上吃下午茶耶!!!
今明兩天要克制了!

放鬆點放鬆點,心情太緊繃皮脂醇上升🔝也不利減重。一餐下午茶不會影響太多啦。去之前先運動一下再去,安心一點😁
