前天中午跑團的聚餐,一時放鬆,不經意的大吃大喝起來,結果今天一秤體重,果不其然胖了半公斤,節制飲食這條路,真是一條不容易的道路,意志力稍有鬆懈,立馬就會破功,真的要有明確的目標才能走下去⋯⋯
