Over the past several days, I have been really struggling with eating right. We're getting a kitchen remodel. We haven't had a sink in days. Even the bathroom was stopped up. Tons of eating out this week so I'm surprised I didn't go up more! Regardless it's a 4 pound loss in a week and a half! I'll be back on track soon! Let's have a great day everyone and stay positive!
