*injury alert* I hurt my back this morning doing "heavy pants" with too much weight. My arms and upper back could take it, but my lower back could not. I am in extreme pain..(for me). Without ibuprophen and ice, I would be immobilized, I think. Hope to feel better tomorrow. And yes, I'm happy my weight is down!
63.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
