Focused on going back down. Walked the preschooler to school and walked around town for 3 miles. Then came home cleaned house and packed camp trailer. We're taking the kids skiing this weekend. They never have so it should be fun. I'm going to watch and take pict. I'm not a skier. Then last night I did 25 min ALL BY MYSELF on the Wii Fit. It was fun. Kids couldn't waite for them to have a turn. Then I ran 3 miles in the oppisite direction that I walked in the AM.
MINI GOAL: 167 by friday. Usually the first week I loose the most then about 2 lbs a week after that, with no cheating, and NO alcohol. So that is my plan. Going over to the coast for a long weekend the first week in April would love to be close to 160 by then.
