worked out yesterday and ate a salad for lunch. chicken soup (no noodles) and cesar salad for dinner. I did splurge on some popcorn. water 4 maybe 5 glasses. gotta do better about that today. water water water BITCH 💧
80.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
