just like a zillion other people, i am motivated and ready to start fresh for the new year. I want to eat right and exercise more. no sugar , no gluten. doing openfit streaming at home 6 days a week. going to be hard but it will feel so good to lose 16 pounds! want to lose 2 pounds per week.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
