Well I cut the carbs more and its paying off. So I went to the gym. Im actually feeling much better. I can breathe out of my nose. I just couldnt bare not to go when I was ready, willing and able. I did tone it down at 4mph on lvl 6 a total of 6.02 miles burning 631 calories didnt 2 sets of 10 chest and arms. And home doing the wii only @ 40 between cooking for the weekend and the 1st half of the week. Thats one good thing keeping me a float is preparing my food.
