因為腸胃炎,
所以昨天中午不吃營養午餐,實施168,所以昨晚也沒吃,今天早上吃稀飯,覺得好飽啊!
感冒好多了,
可以慢慢恢復飲食,
不過生菜可能要暫停了,
天氣冷食物也冷……
改喝麥片吧!
