Have lost almost the targeted amount of fat , goals are changed now , changed my diet a bit and putting in enough protein intake for muscle building and eating healthy. Going to go shredded in next couple of months IA
67.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
