So I decided whats the point waiting for the New Year and what the point throwing all this food down my throat today. I'm thinking I might as well just get on with it today. I'm identifying my weak areas and I'm going to sort them. I eat too much at meal times, I graze through the day into the evenings and I don't drink water. The result of this life style has left me with acidy tummy. feeling like I want to vomit in the morning, weight gain, constipated and general feeling of miserable. So today is the day and now is the moment. And I'm really glad no one knows who I am in real life. lol tmi
