doing very badly these past few weeks. I've given up desserts for lent though. but I don't know if it will be enough. I've taken to late night snacking which is BAD! BAD! BAD! I should have chosen that for this 6 week period. I think that giving up desserts will help keep me from eating later at night. at least if I eat I have to choose something healthy, like fruit.
With spring being right around the corner... as soon as it warms up, my motivation warms up too! it snowed here 4 inches yesterday and there is blowing and drifting and it's so stinking cold! ugh! come on spring!!!
