I expected this big quick gain because of this weekend. Not only was I hormonal, which is enough by itself, but we celebrated Mother's Day, 2 graduations, and had 2 cookouts all in 2 days. (I didn't stand a chance.) I had some of those sweet Bacardi Silvers and Oreos and cake. It was OH SO GOOD, and now I don't want any of it for a long time. Any other time it would really hack me off to see such a big increase on my little blue line, but since I know it's mostly water, I look forward to seeing just as dramatic a DE-crease this time next week because I'm doing some hardcore, phase 1 South-Beachin' between now and then.

Good luck with Phase one. I have been doing it for 6 days now and I think I will do it for a little longer because of this past weekend also.

Hey, look at that, we started at ~exactly~ the same time again. Isn't that funny? Yeah, you can go to pretty much anyone's bio right now and see a jump from mother's day weekend. (It's an interesting trend)I'm glad that you're not sweating it. That's a very positive outlook "Well, now I get to see it come off again!"
