So at the gym 7.12 miles, cal 658 I have realized at the gym I can not do better then yesterday I havent even got use to the new lvl yet. I do want to push myself but I dont want to burn myself out. Had dinner at my friends house and I was giving her lessons on the wii fit. We took turns on the workout but I dont even know how many cal I burned. I know not much so I didnt write them down. I am a bit disappointed that my whole workout at the gym doesnt mean anything 2day due to the fact I was suckered by the cheese cake again. How do I also fall apart so easy when I feel im getting so strong. Well starting over 2moro
71.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
