我做了什麼……
昨天中午吃了一大碗炒飯,還有午睡起來吃了一塊黑豆餅乾……
看樣子是澱粉、碳水吃太多了!
今天立刻修正!
剛剛把體重標準下修到
51、51、51……
我可以的~加油!
