I haven't been very good at writing my food down. I am trying. Just some days I am so fatigued and brain fogged that it makes it really difficult.
Good thing is every day is a new day.
Yay for tomorrow and a new start!

I love this app that lets me log in the diary. It is so easy to do at the end of the day if necessary. I just take pictures of everything I eat daily so I don't forget.
