SO EXCITED! I'm finally below 170 lbs! I was back in June, briefly. I'm at approx the same weight now as I was before. It's always been extremely difficult for me to eat well and exercise properly over the summer. I feel that I'm setting myself up so far for a successful winter. It's also hard to behave over the holidays - I know I will let myself eat poorly more than I do now and I think I'm ok with that.
For now... I'll celebrate this minor victory :)
