I didn't sleep well the last two night. I spent too much time flirting with a cutie, thus sacrificing my quality of sleep.

I also drank green tea yesterday afternoon. Without fail it always keeps me up.

Another pound down. My portion control has been superb lately. I'm proud of myself. I need more.sleep though, lol.

Also, I'm been eating mostly plants and counting calories over this weight loss period.

98.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
