Last night I wanted two burgers. I settled for one. The apartment patty was too caloric... so I made it smaller... then smaller again until it fit just right in my eating plan.
I cut 200 calories from one burger and you know what? It was still a damn good burger!
I started doing pushups. Just a few. Waking my body up again. I want to start doing yoga and movement exercises.
I want to go climbing again. I will. Today.
