No more weed. No more booze. Now to find the motivation to exercise. I'm counting calories again. Sleeping pretty well. The weight is coming off slowly but surely.
Beans and lentils have been pretty tasty. It's funny how I revert to being mostly vegetarian naturally when I watch what I eat judt trying to get the appropriate nutrients in for health.
