Did 90 minutes of jiu-jitsu last night. Stayed on target with calorie deficit. Wasn't very hungry last night. Today I will probably do a 2 mile walk after the kids go to bed. This morning I am fasting for an MRI scan.and I am starving because this is when I normally eat breakfast, LOL.
