heuu melonjak lagi bikin badmood..kmrin 69.80 ga nimbang skrg 68.85.. kurang bersyukur kmrin turun 0.5..hahaha..
68.8 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
