got the munchies yesterday despite good eating and exercise...I was feeling low and wasn't engaged with a mind stimulating activity...uh, I watched tv and played computer games all day and worried about things....but while I went over on calories, I ate all acceptable food.
It's a process, this weight loss business.
Perhaps I needed more protein at breakfast.
And on a motivating note: I was diagnosed with Diabetes on Thursday,Dec.20,2010.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
