今天晚餐偷吃了麵包跟餅乾

早餐正常吃一份
午餐少飯 4菜1肉(飯後吃so辣)
晚餐不吃澱粉
下午一份水果
64.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.6 kg a Week
