Nice day with the family. kids are still out for the holiday break and hubby came home early today.
Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.7 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer. Water Retention Woke up with a migraine took 2 motrin and waited a couple of hours before going to the gym. Migraine pain subsided for most of the day but still feeling off balance and words are mixing up.
