Saw a bit of a drop in the scale (a whole .8 lbs), which is nice... but part of me wonders whether it's because yesterday was a low carb day and I think I went a bit TOO low. I was pretty hungry by bedtime but I didn't snack after dinner. Today is a medium carb day so tomorrow morning I'm going to break my rule of not weighing myself more than once a week just to see whether that drop can be partly attributed to barely eating yesterday. Fingers crossed it's not.

It's nice out today - normally where I live it's cold and likely snowing by now... However, today it's going up to 24, feels like 27 (Celsius) with the humidity... 27... In NOVEMBER! It's insane - although it's kind of sad, climate change is scary as a whole (despite the beautiful weather today).
