I have recently quit smoking and I am trying to take off what I have put on due to stress at work and lack of motivation. So tomorrow I will begin eating healthier and walking at least 5 miles a day. I am a devoted wife and mother. I need to be able to focus on my weight to make sure I am around for a long time.
